As a parting gift, the Lynch Mob worked it out with the NCGA that his replacement will not have to take any of the mandatory testing required to start the club, or the ongoing mandatory tests through June of 2024. All future requirements for ongoing education are not exempt and you will have to take online classes and testing.

The Dirty Valley Golf Club is looking for a new admin / point of contact / handicap chairman / and billing contact for the Northern California Golf Association.

Submitting a beginning of year roster to NCGA by January 15th, 2025

Ensuring that all member dues are collected by February 1st, 2025

Paying the invoices for all members of the DVGC. In 2024 that was $1241.00. They require payment in full with a credit card or check. (We don’t recommend using your own credit card).

Adding new Dirty Valley members to the Member Planet web portal and collecting member dues.

Contacting the NCGA on behalf of members to deal with their handicap issues and other related items.

Learning and applying the USGA handicap system and completing required ongoing training. This includes mandatory testing from time to time.

Making sure all members are inputting their golf scores to maintain an accurate handicap.

Extracting handicaps prior to each tournament from the USGA portal for tournament use.

Must be a Dirty Valley member on the NCGA roster.  You can’t have your GHIN with another organization and expect to run executive duties for the NCGA Dirty Valley Golf Club. They (NCGA) require you to be on the books for the organization you are an executive member of.

Full knowledge and understanding of the USGA rules of golf.
