Gate Code/Parking: Complex main vehicular gate entry code (access off Camelback Rd) is #3578. The associated deeded, covered parking spot=#1052, located South of the internal stairwell most proximate to the unit. Non-covered/garaged parking spaces are proximate to the unit, plentiful and fair game for your vehicle(s).

Keys: Deadbolt front door entry to unit can be made via key code entry (three fingers across keypad to activate, 85387 followed by checkmark in lower right corner of display to disengage bolt). Deadbolt re-locks door 60” post-entry. Batteries are nearly brand new, minimizing need for physical key use and permitting all guests to entry/exit without excessive keys in circulation. One physical front door key along with lower building gate and pool keys will be available to you in the kitchen island wire basket. Return these to basket upon checkout.

Television/Internet/Stereo Receiver: CenturyLink provides internet service, DirecTV=television. TV, cable box and stereo receiver are unplugged when we’re not occupying; replug in and both should automatically reboot. Remote controls are on living room coffee table. TV boot up and refresh may take awhile upon plug-in; input should be set to HDMI1. Internet Wi-FI network name=CenturyLink112_5G, Password=badn63eeacea43. Sound-bar speaker vastly improves TV sound 🙂 Unplug these prior to departure.
